Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and fostering a high-performance culture
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program by identifying and communicating risks to enable informed decision-making by leaders
• Reimagine compliance as a continuous, evidence-driven capability, utilizing automation and AI for real-time assessments

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on background in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and clearly communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
