Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to optimize performance and engagement
• Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to enable informed decision-making by executives and business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards, ensuring they are practical and adhered to across the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in formal people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes within governance and compliance environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
