Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching members
• Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and effective

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in a governance, risk, and compliance team or equivalent security function
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and clearly communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
