Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directing and developing the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to enhance performance and effectiveness
- Owning the enterprise cybersecurity risk program to identify and communicate risks for informed decision-making
- Implementing continuous compliance practices through automation and AI to improve evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance settings
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
