Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to enable optimal performance
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to facilitate informed decision-making by executives
- Implement automation and AI to enhance evidence collection, control testing, and compliance processes
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance or compliance roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
