Job Summary
Leading a Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a key security partner to various stakeholders while primarily working onsite with flexible options.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize effectively
- Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven process using automation and AI
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise setting
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
