Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external audits in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, ensuring optimal performance and direction
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, communicating risk effectively to business leaders
• Reimagine compliance as a continuous process, utilizing automation and AI for evidence collection and control testing

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on background in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
