Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
• Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, ensuring effective risk identification and communication to business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards, ensuring they are practical and adhered to by the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
• Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of improving processes within governance, risk, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
