Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner for various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to support informed decision-making
- Implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI to enhance evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in a governance or compliance context
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
