Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to foster high performance
• Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to inform decision-making by the CISO and business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and effective for the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and clearly communicate risks to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
