Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes through automation, and serve as a primary security partner for various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, providing direction and coaching
- Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to facilitate informed decision-making
- Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven process utilizing automation and AI for efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of formal people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit within an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
