Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes through automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to optimize performance and growth
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to enable informed decision-making by leadership
- Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and effective for the organization
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to clearly assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of improving processes within governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
