Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and lead the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
- Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, effectively communicating risks to senior leaders
- Automate compliance processes and run a scalable third-party risk program utilizing AI tools
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related fields
- Hands-on experience with security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and clearly communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
