Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, ensuring risks are identified, quantified, and communicated effectively
- Implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI to enhance evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
