Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, effectively communicating risk to business leaders
- Implement automation and AI to enhance compliance processes and third-party risk management
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security function
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise setting
- Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
