Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, enhance compliance processes through automation, and serve as a key security partner across the organization while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to business leaders
- Transform compliance into a continuous process using automation and AI for evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement in governance or compliance activities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
