Job Summary
Leading a Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, quantifying and communicating risks to business leaders
- Implement continuous compliance practices through automation and AI, enhancing evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance or compliance environments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
