Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, effectively communicating risk to business leaders
- Implement continuous compliance practices through automation and AI, enhancing evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or related fields
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
- Proficiency in at least one major security or compliance framework (e.g., NIST CSF, SOX ITGC)
- Ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
