Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while primarily working onsite with some flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, effectively communicating risks to business leaders
- Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven process utilizing automation and AI technologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role within governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of process improvement in governance, risk, and compliance operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
