Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to optimize performance and engagement
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to enable informed decision-making by executives
- Implement automation and AI solutions to enhance compliance and risk assessment processes continuously
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOX ITGC, or CIS Controls
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
