Job Summary
Leading and growing the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to enable optimal performance
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to support informed decision-making by leadership
- Automate compliance processes and maintain security policies that are practical and effective
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
