Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes through automation, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program by identifying and communicating risks to business leaders
- Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven process utilizing automation and AI technologies
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
- Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
