Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to optimize performance
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to facilitate informed decision-making by business leaders
- Implement continuous, evidence-driven compliance capabilities using automation and AI tools
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to clearly communicate risk assessments to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
