Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day execution of the enterprise Cyber Security program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Manager will manage security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance, while collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance the organization's security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continual improvement of the Cyber Security program, translating strategy and policies into operational plans
• Manage vulnerability management activities, including risk identification, prioritization, and remediation coordination
• Coordinate incident response activities and maintain audit readiness through documentation and control validation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field
• Progressive experience in cybersecurity, including leading security initiatives and managing security operations
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, and CIS Controls
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft security suite, including Defender XDR and Sentinel
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft security certifications are preferred
