Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external audits while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, coaching members and setting strategic direction
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize effectively
- Reimagine compliance as a continuous, evidence-driven capability using automation and AI to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in a governance, risk, and compliance role or equivalent security function
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
