Job Summary
Leading a Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while primarily working onsite with some flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching team members
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize effectively
- Reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, leveraging automation and AI for evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
