Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to business leaders
- Transform compliance into a continuous, automated process using AI and other technologies
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related fields
- Hands-on experience with security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance or compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
