Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Manage engineering and operations for enterprise SSO platforms, ensuring reliability and performance
- Design and implement authentication services on cloud infrastructure, adhering to security and scalability standards
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise single sign-on implementation using Microsoft Entra ID
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for secure service development
- Experience leading technical teams and coaching engineers to achieve results
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OIDC and OAuth 2.0
