Cybersecurity Manager - Governance
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - Governance will manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, effectively communicating risk to business leaders
- Implement continuous compliance practices utilizing automation and AI to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security function
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
