Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - Governance, Risk, Compliance will set direction, manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, and reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, primarily working onsite with some flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, coaching members and fostering a productive work environment
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize actions for business leaders
- Implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI to enhance evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders
- Proven track record of improving processes in governance, risk, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
