Cybersecurity Manager - GRC

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - GRC will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external audits, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to enable optimal performance
• Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to support decision-making by leadership
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards to ensure compliance and effective risk management

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related field
• Hands-on background in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and clearly communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
