Cybersecurity Manager - GRC

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - GRC will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and enhance third-party risk management while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, ensuring effective risk identification and communication to business leaders
• Implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI to streamline evidence collection and control testing

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
• Hands-on experience with security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record of process improvement in governance, risk, and compliance practices
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
