Cybersecurity Manager, Manufacturing

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and maturation of cybersecurity capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager, Manufacturing Security will implement security controls across manufacturing sites and operational technology environments while collaborating with stakeholders to align cybersecurity requirements with business needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maturation of cybersecurity capabilities across manufacturing environments
• Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturing leadership to understand site priorities and operational constraints
• Develop and maintain manufacturing cybersecurity delivery roadmaps that align security requirements with site readiness and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in MIS, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 7 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing Technology, or Operational Technology
• CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and OT cybersecurity compliance requirements
• Skill in translating operational requirements into security controls and performing risk-based gap analysis
