Leading the Proactive Defense Operations capability, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Operations Director will oversee strategy, delivery, and performance while managing a team that converts global adversary threat data into automated defensive actions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Proactive Defense Operations capability, including roadmap, delivery, and service performance
- Lead and develop the team, setting priorities and managing performance across operational pillars
- Govern the PDO technology stack and manage supplier and vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Experience in security operations, detection engineering, or security data science
- Proficiency with SIEM/SOAR platforms and detection rule frameworks
- Leadership experience with technical or specialist teams
