Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day delivery of global security operations, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Operations Manager will manage security operations analysts and engineers, focusing on threat monitoring, incident response, and operational metrics while collaborating with various teams to enhance security measures.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the operation and lifecycle of security technologies including SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
• Oversee performance management and professional development of Security Operations Analysts and Engineers
• Develop dashboards and reporting that demonstrate operational performance and control effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security
• Working knowledge of auditing, policy, and risk analysis
• Prior experience in supervising staff within the Information Security field
• Experience working with geographically diverse offices in a global organization
• Knowledge of security and control frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
