Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of a proactive Security Operations Center, the full-time Cybersecurity Operations Manager will focus on automation, threat hunting, and incident response while managing daily SOC operations in a hybrid or onsite environment near Scottsdale, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance automation and threat hunting capabilities while designing automated response workflows
• Establish a proactive threat hunting program and oversee SOC security platforms to ensure unified visibility
• Hire, train, and develop SOC staff, building internal engineering capabilities to enhance security operations

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 6 years of information security experience with at least 4 years in a Security Operations Center
• Minimum of 2 years in building or operating an automation-driven SOC
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for security operations automation
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
