Cybersecurity Practice Director
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and growth of a cybersecurity practice, the full-time Cybersecurity Practice Director will manage financial performance, develop workforce strategies, and foster executive relationships with partners and clients in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own practice revenue, profitability, and growth while developing and executing financial plans and performance targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Practice Managers to build organizational capability and align technical skills with customer demand
- Establish operational processes and performance reporting to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or professional services, with expertise in Palo Alto Networks platforms
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technical consulting teams
- Proven accountability for revenue, profitability, and resource utilization within a consulting organization
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic technology partnerships and executive customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
