Job Summary
To drive exceptional customer outcomes, the full-time Cybersecurity Practice Manager will manage cybersecurity consultants, oversee performance and utilization, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage Palo Alto Networks consultants and architects, focusing on performance and development
- Oversee billable utilization and staffing, coordinating assignments and addressing significant staffing risks
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing engagement health, delivery quality, and resolving operational issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or professional services
- 3+ years of experience leading technical consultants or cybersecurity professionals across distributed teams
- 2+ years managing professional services project portfolios and customer delivery
- Experience in coaching technical talent and resolving customer escalations
- Working knowledge of cloud security or security operations solutions
