Cybersecurity Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the Security Communications program, the full-time Cybersecurity Customer Trust Program Manager will develop and deliver communications and training related to cybersecurity topics while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate communication initiatives to enhance customer trust and security transparency
- Develop and deliver clear technical and non-technical communications and educational materials related to incident response and security awareness
- Track, analyze, and report on program progress and health while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience
- Direct experience in developing and delivering training or educational content on cybersecurity topics
- Proven ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to explain security posture
- Experience in customer-facing communications during security events or incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
