Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Cybersecurity Project Manager will coordinate and manage cybersecurity, cloud security, and IT projects for a large Federal government environment, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in the Washington, DC area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity and cloud security projects
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and technical teams, translating requirements into project objectives
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with Federal security policies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Information Security experience, including 1 year in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security for a large Government agency
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, security architecture, and security engineering
• Strong knowledge of Federal Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/certifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust clearance
