Cybersecurity Red Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise adversary emulation program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Red Team Lead will define strategies, oversee complex attack simulations, and drive improvements in detection and response capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise adversary simulation strategy aligned to business risk and threat intelligence
• Build and continuously improve the Red Team program, including methodologies and engagement frameworks
• Oversee planning and execution of complex attack scenarios to validate security controls against realistic threats

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or Business
• 8+ years of IT/Cybersecurity experience with proven leadership in Red Team or adversary simulation programs
• Strong expertise in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Extensive experience planning and executing advanced red team operations in enterprise environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
