Cybersecurity Senior Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing security team, the full-time Cybersecurity Senior Analyst will design and maintain automated identity lifecycle workflows, lead risk and compliance assurance audits, and translate business access requirements into technical specifications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect Identity Lifecycle Workflows, implementing automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver event flows and access request pipelines
- Lead Risk & Compliance Assurance by executing IAM control audits and formulating risk mitigation strategies
- Bridge Business & Technical Architectures by translating complex access requirements into functional specifications for IAM engineering teams
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Deep expertise in healthcare IAM governance, navigating HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI-DSS compliance
- Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams using Agile/Kanban frameworks
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs
