Cybersecurity Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading security operations and incident response initiatives, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Senior Manager will guide the incident response lifecycle, ensuring operational preparedness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Cyber Defense & Response functions, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy and operational readiness
• Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents, managing investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews
• Enhance detection and response efficiency across on-premises and multi-cloud environments, focusing on GPU-accelerated and AI/ML workloads

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 4+ years in a management role within a SOC or incident response function
• Strong technical expertise in SOC-relevant domains such as digital forensics, threat hunting, and cloud security
• Proven ability to lead global teams using agile practices and manage operational metrics for measurable improvements
• Experience developing incident response processes and playbooks, with a focus on automation and efficiency
