Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as the technical authority and primary contact for customers, the full-time Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer will manage pre-sales activities, technical scoping, and evaluation execution while collaborating closely with sales, product, and research teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical scoping and evaluation processes, ensuring clear communication of technical narratives and success criteria
- Provide tier 1 support during live evaluations, acting as the first point of contact for customers and resolving issues as they arise
- Design and build technical assets for the go-to-market team, including demo environments and reusable answer libraries for enterprise security reviews
Required qualifications
- Background in offensive security as a pentester, red teamer, or security researcher
- Proven experience leading enterprise evaluations or technical proof of concepts (PoVs)
- Strong writing skills for creating technical narratives and questionnaire responses
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both executives and technical teams
- Comfort with fast-paced product environments and problem-solving skills, including coding capabilities
