Cybersecurity Staff Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the Training and Awareness Team, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Staff Analyst will evolve the Human Risk Management program by applying cyber threat intelligence, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance security awareness and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and serve as a strategic partner to align solutions with customer expectations
• Act as the team lead, providing direction and technical leadership across Training, Simulation, and Awareness pillars
• Support the evolution of a targeted Human Risk Management program by utilizing real-world behavioral signals and threat intelligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 8 years of work experience in cybersecurity or a related domain
• Demonstrated experience in applying cyber threat intelligence and managing projects
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on complex issues
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams, even without formal authority
