Job Summary
Experienced in threat surface management, the full-time Cybersecurity Threat Mitigations Lead will manage cross-functional teams to drive down security risks, execute vulnerability burndown campaigns, and enhance the capabilities of the threat surface management squad in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in translating vulnerability and threat intelligence data into actionable burndown campaigns with clear ownership and timelines
- Support platform and application teams in interpreting mitigation requirements and validating threat mitigation plans
- Lead technical discussions and training sessions to enhance the skills of the threat surface management analysts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security
- 5+ years of experience in threat surface management, vulnerability management, or cyber defense
- 3+ years of experience driving remediation campaigns across multiple teams
- Proficiency in applying threat intelligence and exposure data for prioritization
- Hands-on experience with security control platforms such as vulnerability scanning tools and SIEM
