Cybersecurity Training Analyst

Job Summary

Designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity training materials, the full-time Cybersecurity Training Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, creating instructional content and co-facilitating training sessions for NIH's workforce while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the ADDIE model to design training modules and write learning objectives
• Develop course materials, including slide decks, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules
• Co-facilitate training sessions and analyze evaluation results to recommend content improvements

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, information technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering IT or cybersecurity training, with 2 years supporting federal clients
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and SCORM packaging
• Experience producing Section 508-compliant documents and e-learning
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and the ability to explain technical content in plain language
