Cybersecurity Training Manager

Job Summary

Leading the NIH-wide Zero Trust Architecture training program, the full-time Cybersecurity Training Manager will manage a three-person training team, oversee program logistics, and coordinate training sessions both remotely and onsite in Bethesda, Maryland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the training program, including multiple cohorts and sessions across various formats
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop the Training Plan and Curriculum based on stakeholder input
• Manage enrollment campaigns, session logistics, and evaluation reporting to ensure program effectiveness and quality control

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of project or program management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in training or cybersecurity awareness programs for federal clients
• Proven experience delivering large, multi-session training programs with effective tracking of enrollment and completion
• Familiarity with learning management systems and SCORM-based e-learning
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills for diverse audiences
