CySEC Licensed VIP Account Manager
Job Summary
Fluent in German, the full-time remote VIP Account Manager will manage relationships with high-value clients, conduct proactive outreach, and promote company products while ensuring client satisfaction in the Forex/CFD industry.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through various communication channels
- Promote company products and services to high-value clients and apply negotiation techniques to convert leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships while monitoring client activity for growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Fluency in German (native or C1+ level) and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate; CySEC Advanced Certificate is a plus
- Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company
- Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working with regulated EU clients
