Job Summary
A company is looking for a D365 BC Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, PowerBI, and associated third-party applications
- Act as the first point of contact for support requests and triage and investigate system questions and issues
- Assist with testing customization, products, and upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Computer/Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, PowerBI
- Proficiency in accounting, supply chain, and inventory, with experience in manufacturing or the agricultural industry
